AMB-4en-PINACA is a novel synthetic cannabinoid that bears structural similarity to other indazole carboxamide-based synthetic cannabinoids (e.g., MDMB-4en-PINACA, ADB-4en-PINACA, 5FMDMB-PINACA). AMB-4en-PINACA was first identified by our laboratory in November 2025 and confirmed after acquiring standard reference material.
